Women's relative standards run lower on upper-body presses and closer on lower-body lifts in the same tables, and every band shifts down gradually with age — the masters-lifting literature shows maintained performance into the fifties and beyond with continued training, with gradual decline after.
How strong does the evidence say you need to be?
For health outcomes, the bar is pleasantly low and well documented. Do strength standards transfer to sport?

What are better markers for most lifters?

Second, are your numbers still rising over months and years? Third, can you do a hard session on back-to-back days without a week of soreness — the work-capacity marker that predicts whether training life is sustainable? Genetics, starting age, bodyweight and coaching quality spread that window wide in both directions.
Progress speed also decelerates on a schedule worth knowing: the first year delivers most lifters their largest jumps, and each subsequent year buys smaller increments at a higher price. That curve is why the tables' upper categories thin out so fast — an elite column is not a program away, it is a decade away, which makes the intermediate milestones the psychologically useful ones.
Should women use the same standards?
Same lifts, separate tables. The major standards sources publish female categories separately, with upper-body relative numbers lower than men's and lower-body numbers closer — a pattern consistent with differences in muscle distribution. A bodyweight deadlift is a solid early milestone for most women; twice bodyweight marks years of dedicated work, and the tables place it accordingly.
